introducing our all new electric bike!
Here at Tile Farm Off Road our passion is always to introduce people into the world of off road, especially those who thought it was out of reach for them. We offer MX Tuition with bike and kit hire meaning all the riders need to do is turn up on the day of their lesson - taking the expense of getting your own bike and kit out of the experience until you can be sure it is something you want to progress with.
Our bike hire offering has always been for those 5 foot or taller though with our smallest bike being our brilliant Yamaha TTR 125cc’s, which means our potential younger riders had limited opportunity to get into the sport without having to buy their own bike.
However, we are VERY pleased to announce we have added a brand new HUSQVARNA EE5 Electric bike to our fleet! Aimed at riders aged 5-10 years (*height/weight restrictions apply), it’s the perfect bike for us to welcome younger riders eager to give motocross a go as part of our all new TFOR EE5 MX TUITION PROGRAMME!
As part of our programme, riders will access lessons and progress up levels. Once past each level, this will give the rider the opportunity to go up the power levels on the bike as well as the option of our PAY AND PLAY once Level 2 has been accomplished.
What is our PAY AND PLAY we hear you ask? Well riders, this is the opportunity for riders within our programme to book onto our scheduled Public Practice days to ride one of our EE5’s on the track in 15 minute sessions. This encourages riders to take their newly acquired skills onto the practice track outside of their tuition sessions, therefore progressing their riding and experiencing real practice day!

our summer group mx tuition training days
Below are our upcoming dates for our next group training days over summer! For only £150 the rider will take part in our small group training facilitated by two of our friendly and knowledgeable tutors. All riders must have access to their own bikes to take part in any of the sessions. Each session lasts 4 hours and the trainers will tailor the learning depending on the attendees to make sure you all get something out of it. When we have offered this before, participants have left stating that they have gotten so much out of it and loved the structure of the sessions. We focus on small groups which offers that value for money for the rider without impacting on the quality of the coaching.

Friday 26th July - ADULTS - mixed ability
Friday 2nd August - KIDS 65/85CC - beginner/intermediate
Friday 9 August - KIDS AUTOS/50CC
Friday 16th August - KIDS 65/85CC - intermediate/advanced
All riders must be able to start and stop their bikes independently to take part in the sessions. Complete beginners need to book in for 1:1 sessions only.

price rises from may 2024
Here at Tile Farm Off Road we do our best to offer high quality activities at the best prices. Given the current climate and increasing operating costs we have no choice but to increase the prices on some of our activities. We put a freeze on our MX Tuition and Quad Adventure prices for the last 2 years however since this time we have seen continuous rises in wages, insurance, parts and fuel (to name a few areas!) which all factor into our overall pricing. Please see our Price List page for our up to date prices which will be in place from 1st May 2024.

After a long, wet, winter we are pleased to finally be able to open our practice track again! (Unless, of course, monsoon rains arrive)

Here at Tile Farm Off Road we have a sponsorship and support programme where we hand pick riders who we feel deserve a little help on their off road journey. We choose riders based on a number of factors but the main reason is their continued dedication and hard work to bettering themselves on and off the track.
Our aim is to help these rider’s achieve the goals they have set for themselves, whether that means developing their riding skills or overcoming personal hurdles to get them closer to their future aspirations. Our sponsorship, support and collaboration packages range from financial support to free merchandise. We hope that our programme helps these young people feel good about themselves as well as remind them that by working hard, having aspirations, and setting goals - on and off the track - they can achieve amazing things!

wednesday practice sessions are back!
From Wednesday 5th April 2023 we will be running our weekly practice sessions again for enthusiast to bring their own bike and have a ride round our purpose built track.
Our practice track was created in the mid 2000’s and we have been running regular practice sessions since. We are a fully marshalled and insured track with first aiders on site. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly track offering the opportunities for all ages of rider to have a go.
As always, noise restrictions do apply at our track so please make sure you have well serviced exhausts. If using a loud after market exhaust it must have an insert in to muffle the noise, otherwise please us a standard or quite pipe.
Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates of when we are open. We will always post on social media before the day as booking in is required as numbers are limited.

MX TUITION GROUP SESSIONS - 20th AUGUST 2022
Would you be interested in a tailored group MX tuition session for your young MX rider?
We’re looking at running a couple of group MX Tuition Sessions just for kids on Saturday 20th August - if you’re interested please let us know - we’re only running if we get enough interest.
We are looking for a concentrated group of riders of a similar ability for each group so we can bring a competitive edge into the sessions. We have found this approach has worked wonders bringing on rider confidence and ability so wanted to offer it out more widely.
Two groups:
• Advanced riders on 65/85cc (9am-1pm)
Perfect for riders looking to learn more advanced techniques. A good understanding of clutch control, throttle control, braking, and body position is needed to get the most out of this session.
• Novice - Intermediate riders on Auto/65/85cc (2pm-6pm)
Aimed at riders who are looking to work on the basic fundamentals of riding a motocross bike. All riders must be at a level that they can set off and come to a stop unassisted.
Included in the price:
4 hours tailored MX tuition on our very own practice track with both of our TFOR MX tutors.
Maximum of 10 riders per group.
Price: £140 per rider
Full amount would be payable by Saturday 13th August to secure your spot.

Tile Farm Off Road are very proud to share that we are now working in partnership with D-GAFF: Motocross + ATV Service Centre!
D-GAFF, based in Cheshire, offer a very high standard of repairs and servicing making them our perfect candidate for our new partnership. If you would like to enquire about getting your bike or quad repaired or serviced please get in touch and we can book you in. Our role is to help with the booking process so the mechanics can focus on your vehicles.
No job is too big or too small. D-GAFF are experienced in off road vehicles including MX, Trials, Enduro, and Quad bikes of all shapes and sizes. They will keep in touch with you throughout the work so there are no nasty surprises or additional costs at the end.

We have a few dates available across the year where we Private Hire out our off road practice track for those with their own bikes wishing to come along and have a practice day with their friends. Please see our Private Hire page for full details.
We are releasing the following dates today however expect them to go very quickly:
Friday 29th April: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Friday 1st July: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Friday 15th July: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Friday 9th September: 10:00am - 3:00pm
To secure your day we require a £100 deposit a the time of booking. Final numbers and payment is required 7 days before the date. Total price is £450 for up to 10 riders. Additional riders are £45pp.

Our practice track is re-opening for practice sessions after a long winter of resting! We open Wednesday 12-6pm for riders of all ages to bring their own off road bikes for practice sessions. Our first date of re-opening is Wednesday 16th March 2022.

Private hire dates will be released in due course. We don’t have many so keep an eye out as they do go quickly.
MX tuition bookings are currently on hold, we do have a waiting list which you are welcome to add your name to. We are getting in touch with people on the waiting list soon to get you booked in.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
We have noise restrictions in place on site so please make sure you have your standard or quiet pipe fitted. Any riders with loud after market exhausts will only be allowed if they have the correct insert fitted. Any loud after market exhausts that do not come with inserts, or do not have them fitted on the day, will not be permitted.

TRACK PRIVATE HIRE - NEW DATES

TRACK PRIVATE HIRE DATES AND INFORMATION
£400 for up to 10 riders then £40 for additional riders
£100 deposit required at time of booking. Remainder and final numbers due 7 days before your session.
5 hours duration and lead booker chooses session length.
Usual session rules apply i.e. 50/65cc session, 65/85cc session, Adults 125cc and above session all being separate.
Bikes and Quads can both attend but will be in separate sessions.
We ask that there are no more than approx. 20 riders per session for safety.
We would recommend 3 groups maximum to get the most out of the time.
Noise restriction rules apply - i.e. inserts are required to be put in for any aftermarket loud exhausts. If they are too loud they will unfortunately be unable to ride. If you think your exhaust is still too loud with the insert, we recommend bringing a standard or quiet exhaust.
Please follow government/local guidelines for COVID restrictions re. travel and social distancing.
Fully marshalled and graded track. First Aiders on site.
Watering of track will be before private hire if required but if it is very dry, watering may be required during the private hire.
Cancellation policy: If track conditions/weather deemed unsuitable on the day by the lead track marshal you will be offered the option of another date or full refund. If for any reason you do not need your private hire date anymore we require a minimum of 7 days notice. You will lose your deposit if you cancel with less notice than this.

2021 Re-opening updates
QUAD ADVENTURES:
We are now taking bookings for our Quad Adventures for dates from 29th March onwards! Rule of 6 (or groups from 2 households) will apply when making your booking until further rules are relaxed. For dates after June we can take bookings for larger groups. Get in touch with us if you have gift vouchers that have passed their expiry during the lockdowns as they are likely to still be valid.
MX PRACTICE TRACK SESSIONS:
We aim to reopen our practice track from Wednesday 31st March. We will release more details about this nearer the time but we are hoping to just do it as a turn up and pay rather than a booking system.
TRACK PRIVATE HIRES:
We will be releasing dates for private hires for May shortly. Please do not contact us to book a day until they are released. We will be releasing them in stages so if you do not manage to get a May date then more will be released throughout the year.
MX TUITION:
We are still contacting those with bundles/cancellations to book you in - please bear with us! We will announce soon when we can start taking bookings from others. MX Tuition can start earlier for 1:1 lessons on 8th March giving us more time to fit everyone in.

The country has now entered into another national lockdown. As a result, all aspects of our business are currently closed and will reopen as soon as government restrictions are lifted.
Our MX track does not usually open until March/April time each year so hopefully restrictions will be lifted by then so we can get out on the track and start up our MX tuition again.
For those with gift vouchers or MX tuition bundles which are due to expire soon, please do get in touch as we will happily extend them due to the current circumstances.
We look forward to seeing you later in the year for some muddy adventures!
